Steel mesh welding has a lot of knowledge

　　1、在負載扁鋼和橫桿的每個交點處 板網格格，應通過焊接、鉚接(方法:使多個零件相連接的方法)或壓鎖將其固定。

　　1. At each intersection point of load flat steel and cross bar, the plate grid shall be fixed by welding, riveting (method: connecting multiple parts) or pressing lock.

　　2、鋼筋網的焊接優先采用壓力電阻焊，也可采用電弧焊。

　　3、鋼筋網的壓鎖可采用壓力機將橫桿壓入負載扁鋼將其固定。

　　4、鋼筋網應根據用戶的需要，加工成各種尺寸的形狀。鋼筋焊接網它的出現對提高建筑施工效率、結構質量及安全可靠性、改變傳統的建筑施工方法都具有十分重要的意義，可用于鋼筋混凝土結構的配筋和預應力混凝土結構的普通鋼筋。

　　4. The reinforcement mesh should be processed into various sizes according to the needs of users. The appearance of welded steel mesh is of great significance in improving construction efficiency, structural quality, safety and reliability, and changing the traditional construction method. It can be used for reinforcement of reinforced concrete structure and ordinary reinforcement of prestressed concrete structure.

　　5、負載扁鋼的間距和橫桿的間距可由供需方根據設計要求確定。作工業平臺，建議負載扁鋼的間距不得大于40mm，橫桿間距不得大于165mm。

　　5. The spacing of load flat steel and cross bar can be determined by the supplier according to the design requirements. As an industrial platform, it is recommended that the distance between load flat steel and cross bar shall not be greater than 40mm and 165mm respectively.
