　　以同一牌號、同一爐罐號、同一規格、同一交貨狀態，不超過60噸為一批。

　　2、取樣方法

　　拉伸檢驗：任選兩根鋼筋切取。兩個試樣，試樣長500mm。冷彎檢驗：任選兩根鋼筋切取兩個試樣，試長度按下式計算：L=1.55*(a+d)+140mm

　　Tensile test: choose two steel bars to cut. Two specimens, 500 mm in length. Cold bending test: Two specimens were cut from two steel bars and the test length was calculated as follows: L=1.55*(a+d)+140 mm

　　低碳鋼熱軋圓盤條：

　　Hot rolled low carbon steel disc rod:

　　以同一牌號、同一爐罐號、同一品種、同一尺寸、同一交貨狀態，不超過60噸為一批。

　　拉伸檢驗：任選一盤，從該盤的任一端切取一個試樣，試樣長500mm。彎曲檢驗：任選兩盤，從每盤的任一端各切取一個試樣，試樣長200mm。

　　Tensile Testing: Choose any plate and cut a sample from either end of the plate. The sample length is 500 mm. Bending test: Select two plates and cut one sample from each end of each plate. The length of the sample is 200 mm.

　　在切取試樣時，應將端頭的500mm去掉后再切取。

　　When cutting the sample, 500 mm of the end should be removed before cutting.

　　冷拔低碳鋼絲：

　　Cold drawn low carbon steel wire:

　　1. Group Batch Rules

　　甲級鋼絲逐盤檢驗。乙級鋼絲以同直徑5噸為一批任選三盤檢驗。

　　Grade A steel wire is inspected by disc. Grade B steel wire shall be inspected in batches of 5 tons of the same diameter with three optional plates.

　　2、取樣方法

　　2. Sampling method

　　從每盤上任一端截去不少于500mm后，再取兩個試樣一個拉伸，一個反復彎曲，拉伸試樣長500mm，反復彎曲試樣長200mm。

　　After cutting no less than 500 mm from each end of each plate, two specimens are drawn, one is repeated bending, the length of the tensile specimen is 500 mm, and the length of the repeated bending specimen is 200 mm.

　　冷軋帶肋鋼筋：

　　Cold-rolled ribbed bar:

　　1、冷軋帶肋鋼筋的力學性能和工藝性能應逐盤檢驗，從每盤任一端截去500mm以后，取兩個試樣，拉伸試樣長500mm，冷彎試樣長200mm。

　　1. The mechanical and technological properties of cold-rolled ribbed bars should be checked disk by disk. After cutting 500 mm from either end of each disk, two specimens are taken. The length of the tensile specimens is 500 mm and the length of the cold-formed specimens is 200 mm.

　　2、對成捆供應的550級冷軋帶肋鋼筋應逐捆檢驗。從每捆中同一根鋼筋上截取二個試樣，其中，拉伸試樣長500mm，冷彎試樣長250mm。如果，檢驗結果有一項達不到標準規定。應從該捆鋼筋中取雙倍試樣進行復驗。

　　2. The 550 grade cold-rolled ribbed bars supplied in bundles shall be inspected by bundles. Two specimens were cut from the same steel bar in each bundle. Among them, the tensile specimens are 500 mm long and the cold-formed specimens are 250 mm long. If one of the test results fails to meet the standard requirements. Double specimens should be taken from the bundle of steel bars for re-examination.
