2、機械防松。是用止動件直接約束螺紋副的相對滾動。如選用開口銷、串連鋼絲和止動墊圈等。因為止動件沒有預緊力,螺母松退到止動方位時防松止動件才干起作用,因此,這種辦法實際上不防松而是避免脫落。

Because the stop has no preload, the anti-loosening stop can work when the nut is loosened to the stop position. Therefore, this method actually does not prevent loosening but avoids falling off.
3、鉚沖防松。在擰緊后選用沖點、焊接、粘接等辦法,使螺紋副失去運動副特性而銜接成為不行拆銜接。這種辦法的缺點是栓桿只能運用一次,且拆開十分困難,必須破壞螺栓副方可拆開。
