        鋼筋工程質量反省的包含三個方面:

          鋼筋工程質量規范及查驗辦法應施行《混凝土構造工程施工質量驗收規范》(GB 50204—2002)中有關鋼筋局部規則。

          原材料抽檢:

          對有抗震設防請求的框架構造,其縱向受力鋼筋的一強度應滿意設想請求。當設想無詳細請求時,對一,二級抗震品級,查驗所得的強度是實測值應契合以下規則:(1)鋼筋的抗拉強度實測值與屈從強度實測值的比值不該小于1.25;(2)鋼筋的屈從強度實測項值與強度規范值的比值不該大于1.3。
          For frame structures with seismic fortification requests, the strength of longitudinal steel bars should satisfy the assumption request.           受力鋼筋彎鉤和彎折:

         ?。?)HPB235級鋼筋結尾應作180度彎鉤,其彎弧內直不該小于鋼筋直徑2.5倍,彎鉤的彎后平直局部長度不該小于鋼筋直徑的3倍。

          除焊接封鎖環式箍筋外,箍筋的結尾應做彎鉤,彎鉤方式應契合設想請求;當設想無詳細請求時,應契合下一列規則:(1)箍筋彎筋的彎弧內直徑除應滿意本表主控般項目第4項的規則外,尚應不小于受力鋼筋直徑;(2)箍項筋彎鉤的彎折角度;對普通構造,不該小于90度;對有抗目震請求的構造,應為135度;(3)箍筋彎后平直局部長度;對普通構造,不宜小于箍筋直徑的5倍,對有抗震等請求的構造,不該小于箍筋直徑的10倍。

          筋應平直、無損傷,外表不得有裂紋、油垢、顆粒狀或片狀老銹。
          The tendons should be straight and undamaged. No cracks, grease scale, granular or flaky rust should be found on the surface.
          鋼筋調直:應契合設想要乞降線行有關規范的規則。
          Reinforcement straightening: It should be in accordance with the rules of relevant norms for begging and landing lines.
